Cheer Mouvement Danse is the only school that offers cheerl eading, gymnastics and dance in Montreal! From 12 months, we offer lessons with teachers trained in multi disciplines to ensure and offer fun, safe lessons while learning new challenges.

Body suits are not required (but recommended) and leggins are permitted. We request that all students wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.

* We believe that sports are meant to be practised in person and not in front of a screen. Furthermore, the practising of sport without the supervision of a professional trainer can be dangerous and cause serious harm. Therefore, Cheer Mouvement Danse does not and will not offer virtual classes.
